About Re/Connect
Built Around Genuine Connection
Re/Connect Waterloo Region is a networking and fundraiser night brought together by Tyler Palubiski Real Estate Group. Bring local business owners, partners, and community members into a room together, give them a reason to connect, and put a local charity at the centre of it. This is not a gala or a black-tie affair. It is a night built around the belief that the strongest communities are built one genuine connection at a time — and that local businesses have a responsibility to support the place they operate in. The first event was held on June 25, 2026 at our office at Unit 201 - 215 Queen St. W in Cambridge. Together, the room raised $1,023 for Nutrition for Learning.

Nutrition for Learning
Nutrition for Learning provides free breakfast and snack programs to students across Waterloo Region's schools every single day. Their mission is straightforward: a child who has eaten is a child who can learn. They reach tens of thousands of students in Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, and surrounding communities — regardless of a family's ability to pay. Re/Connect was proud to make them the beneficiary of our first event.
