Rockway is an established Kitchener neighbourhood, often called Rockway Gardens after the scenic gardens at its heart. Rockway Golf Course and Rockway Park add to the green space, and downtown Kitchener and the ION LRT are close by. Many homes here were built around the 1950s, and the streets have the settled feel that goes with it. You'll find detached houses, including one-and-a-half-storey homes, plus semis, some duplexes, and a few newer builds. A number of homes on Rockway Drive back onto the park or face the golf course. Fairview Park Mall, grocery stores, and restaurants are nearby, and Highway 7/8 and the 401 are easy to reach.
